People with knowledge, experience and/or talents in business, marketing, communications, graphics, programming, sciences, engineering, and so on are welcome to help us to:

	raise funds from any public and private sources, and manage accounts.
	plan, organize, coordinate and review activities.
	develop and maintain the web site.
	perform research independently or jointly, and prepare technical reports.
